The heart of any house is the kitchen

A fully furnished new kitchen offers everything every cook wants. The base is a beautiful american fridge that offers sufficient capacity in both the cooling and freezing parts. In the kitchen, we also find an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

The entire kitchen highlights the uniform style of white cabinets, oak worktops and black appliances.

Common room

Next to the kitchen is a large common room. Here you will find two massive wooden tables and stylish dining chairs. Tables allow for several combinations of their layout, allowing everyone to customize the space based on their own idea.

The common room has a direct exit to the terrace and garden, making it ideal for organizing a celebration, a formal dinner, or just for spending time with your loved ones.

Living room

Small, but all the more cozy. Immediately next to the common room, there is a sunken living room with a fireplace, which is 2 steps under the common room level. The fireplace is not yet adapted for lighting a fire, but you can still sit in a comfortable leather sofa and read your favourite book, or just sit with a cup of coffee.

Bathrooms

In the house you can use 3 bathrooms, one on the ground floor by the common room and two on the floor where all three bedrooms are located.

Each bathroom has its own toilet, shower and sink with mirror. You can use cabinets next to the sink to store small cosmetic items. The shower room in the lower bathroom is a barrier-free walk-in.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are upstairs. A total of 3 bedrooms offers a total capacity of up to 14 people (we recommend 12 adults), with a configuration of 6, 4 and 4 beds. Each room is equipped with a double bed made of solid wood, two four-bed rooms complement the bed capacity thanks to the massive bunk beds especially appreciated by your children.The largest room with a capacity of up to 6 people offers, in addition to a double bed, a sleeping platform with a total width of 280 cm.

Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Garden

The garden belonging to the house can be called an oasis of peace. Here you will find a terrace with massive outdoor furniture, which is ideal for outdoor grilling. A shady terrace under a mature walnut tree, on which a swing is suspended, is used for romantic sitting while drinking coffee. In the garden, last but not least, you will find an above-ground swimming pool of the Azuro type, in which you can cool down nicely during the steamy summer months. There is also a trampoline to occupy the children in the summer season.

Barrel sauna

For maximum relaxation, we have prepared an outdoor barrel sauna for our guests from November 2023. You can make your sauna experience more pleasant with a few pleasant essences.

After the sauna, you need to cool down your body. For this purpose, there is an outdoor cooling tub and a sauna anteroom where you can recharge your batteries before the next round in the sauna.

We are currently working on an indoor relaxation room that will enhance the whole experience

Parking and bike storage

Parking is in the private unfenced parking lot in front of the building. The capacity of the parking lot is about 5 vehicles, others can park on the street about 50 m from the house.

For bike storage it is possible to use the garage of the house, please inform us in advance
